The line shaft conveyor, as its name suggests, is driven by a single shaft beneath the rollers. The shaft contains a series of elastic polyurethane bands connected to the rollers. When the shaft is powered by an electrical motor, the shaft rotates and these bands act as a chain between shaft and roller making the roller rotate and push the pallet/product along the conveyor. Each conveyor module is pre-wired and controlled by PLC.
