Blackstar Supply Pallet destacker to RDS

Robotics and Drives are a market leading robotics and automation company based in Mullingar, Ireland. They offer a high level of technical support to a growing customer base & have grown into a company that is a market leader in providing turnkey robotic automation projects in Ireland.

RDS required a free standing pallet destacker for their site in Westmeath, Ireland. Blackstar have previously supplied a number of destackers to RDS over the years, it was this previous job satisfaction & strong working relationship that encouraged RDS to once again get in contact with Blackstar.

The line at Westmeath uses different pallet sizes of 1200×800 & 1200×1000, Blackstar manufactured and supplied their destacker with motorised fork in/out operations. This way the forks can move in and out to fit the different pallet sizes enabling it to work efficiently on the existing line.

The de-stacker was completed and delivered to the customer on time again further continuing the relationship between RDS and Blackstar.
